About our Administrators

Mrs. Keysha King, Principal

Dr. Keysha King, Principal

I am excited and honored to work with the Hunt Elementary School family as the Principal. I am increasingly grateful to be surrounded by such a motivated, intelligent, caring, and supportive school family and community.

I’m entering my 21st year in the field of education. I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Special Education and my Specialist degree in Educational Leadership all from Georgia College & State University.

My husband, Joey, and I are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Kenadie and Kendyl and a fur baby named Kyla.  As a family, we LOVE sports….especially the Georgia Bulldogs. GO DAWGS!! In my spare time I enjoy traveling, reading, shopping, and spending time with my family!

As your Principal, I’m committed to the needs of every individual who walks through our doors-staff, parents, students, and community members. Through a close, collegial partnership with everyone associated with HES, I am confident that we can continually make our school a better place to learn and grow by creating a safe, nurturing environment where students are challenged to become leaders and lifelong learners.
