Fort Valley Middle School

Ms. Charvez Holmes was chosen to receive the Don Cargill STEM Scholar Award sponsored by GYSTC. She serves as a science teacher, Gifted Lead Teacher, and Starbase 2.0 club sponsor at FVMS. As a STEM Scholar, Ms. Holmes was chosen for her efforts to improve student engagement and learning in the area of STEM. Recipients receive a $500 grant to purchase STEM materials to use in their classrooms. Congratulations, Ms. Charvez Holmes!
