Benefit Enrollment

When enrolling in health benefits through Peach County School District, you must log in to The State Health Benefit Plan System. Please make sure to write down and keep your login information for this site, you will need this for Open Enrollment. When you have completed benefit enrollment, you will receive a confirmation statement from State Health. The information below will help you log into the site.

State Health Benefit Plan (SHBP)

• Click here to be taken to the State Health Benefit Plan login page.

• The first time you access this site, you will be required to create a username and password by clicking “Create Account.” The SHBP registration code is SHBP-GA.

• If you are enrolling someone besides yourself on your medical plan, State Health will require documentation be uploaded to them. SHBP/ADP will provide you with instructions for uploading your documentation by the deadline set by SHBP/ADP. Your dependents will be placed in a “pending” status until documentation is approved. Failure to submit documentation to SHBP will result in your dependents not being covered.

• To reset your SHBP portal password, select “Forgot Your Password” and follow the prompts to create a new one. If you answer your security question wrong or spell the answer incorrectly, you will have two more attempts before being locked out of your enrollment portal.
