The Peach County Board of Education has approved the hiring of Mr. Daniel Peavy as the new Assistant Principal of Peach County High School.
Mr. Peavy is a proud graduate of Peach County High School. He attended Georgia Southern University, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Additionally, he received a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Valdosta State University, with certification in leadership.
Mr. Peavy spent 12 years as an educator in the Bibb County School System, serving as a middle school coach, athletic director, high school teacher, and Dean of Students. In 2022, he became Assistant Principal of Discipline at Hunt Elementary School in Peach County.
Mr. Peavy and his wife Laura live in Fort Valley with their children, J.D., Ava, and Elizabeth. Mr. Peavy is excited to return to his alma mater as an assistant principal. Go Trojans!
