Rolling Trojans

Here is a recap of Saturday’s AAASP/GHSA Wheelchair State Championship. We are very proud of our Rolling Trojans!! State Champs!

“The Peach County Rolling Trojans rolled into Mossy Creek Middle School Saturday, May 11th focused and ready to play! During their semifinal game the Trojans defeated the Georgia Storm 29-6 to advance to the championship.

The championship game saw the Trojans square off against the undefeated Houston County Sharks. Caleb Watters’ (BES) defensive coverage

was on point. He had 4 key pass blocks. Jace Tolliver (BES) kept pressure on the Sharks quarterback causing several rushed passes and quarterback scrambles. Jace Harter (BMS) led the offense all day completing passes to multiple receivers! Sannitra Colbert (PCHS) had her best game of the year catching several short yardage passes for first downs. AJ Burns ( BMS) caught 3 touchdown passes to keep his team in the game. After the Sharks scored a late touchdown to tie the game , the Trojans kept their composure and rolled down the court to get into field goal range. With 5 seconds on the clock, Jace Harter hit a field goal at the final horn!!!! What a game!!

Please congratulate the Peach County Rolling Trojans - 2024 AAASP/GHSA Wheelchair State Football Champions!!
